A play on ‘Come Fly With Me’ sung by Frank Sinatra, the name “Comply With Me” is intentionally fun, whimsical, and a stand-out in the securities industry which (can be) fairly rigid and boring. Our commitment to you is that we won’t regurgitate legal jargon, use ‘talking heads’, or give you AI-generated slides. We create content that is practical, applicable and useful. And, yes, sometimes we use humour, because why not have a little fun when we can?

Founded by Kerri Salata
Comply With Me started as a concept for the Legal Innovation Zone (TMU) (“LIZ”) in December 2022, the world’s first legal tech incubator driving innovation for legal services. Founder, Kerri Salata, was invited to complete a 12-week Sprint Studio alongside fellow legal tech entrepreneurs.
After her final pitch, it was clear that Comply With Me met an industry need for accessible, interesting, compliance education. Chris Bentley, the Founder and Managing Director of LIZ, loved the idea and called Comply With Me, “the masterclass of compliance education.”
We have been delivering engaging, practical, and plain-language CIRO accredited courses since 2023.

I’m an entrepreneurial lawyer, ethics, and compliance professional who advises companies on how to meet their legal and regulatory requirements using creative, design-driven strategies.
For 16+ years, I’ve provided advice on a variety of legal and regulatory issues. I managed large global compliance teams, litigation across Canada, and led the strategic direction for a comedy-based employee ethics education campaign earning a Telly Award.
Managing risk does not need to be mundane and boring. In my experience, the opposite is true. Engaged employees are more informed and more likely to meet corporate ethical and compliance requirements.
